Vegan pizza burger

Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare your homemade pizza dough in advance so that it is ready in the evening (feel free to make extra and freeze it).

    Preheat the oven to 450F. Prepare all the required ingredients for the recipe and make the Big Mac sauce by mixing all the ingredients in a small bowl.

    In a non-stick pan, cook the plant-based ground meat or other alternative (see note *) for about 5 minutes and break it up with a wooden spatula. You can add a teaspoon of water to prevent sticking instead of oil, as it is already rich in fat.

    On a baking sheet, place the pizza dough and lightly oil it with olive oil. Top the pizzas with all the ingredients except the lettuce, Big Mac sauce, and sesame seeds. Bake for about 15 minutes if your dough is already cooked or 20 to 30 minutes if your dough is homemade, depending on its thickness. Finish by broiling if necessary.

    Sprinkle the pizzas with lettuce, Big Mac sauce, and sesame seeds.

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 200 g of fake ground meat
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • ½ small onion
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 cheese cheese
  • 1 handful of sesame seed
  • 1 leaf of lettuce
  • Sauce bigmac végan :
  • ¼ cup of vegetable mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon of relish
  • 1 tablespoon of ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon of mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of paprika
  • salt (according to taste)
