Instructions

  • 1.   In a container, put the plant-based milk, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and salt.
    Mix with an immersion blender, slowly pouring the oil in a thin stream, until the mayonnaise thickens.
    As soon as the mayonnaise starts to thicken, add the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. Mix well for a few seconds at a time.
    Tip: Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

  • 60 ml of oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
  • 125 ml of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
  • salt (according to taste)
