Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare the vegetables: wash them carefully to remove any dirt and cut them into slices. Cut the chicken into large pieces.
  • 2.   Sauté the potatoes, then the chicken. The potatoes should be golden brown. Add the other vegetables. Pour in the beer and simmer for 30 minutes.
