Rutabaga, Parsnip, and Goat Cheese Tart

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the rutabagas and parsnips, then cut them into cubes. Slice the onions. In a pan, sauté the olive oil and sliced onions.
  • 2.   Once they are well cooked, add the cubes of rutabagas and parsnips. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Add the honey and cook everything for 30 minutes to obtain well caramelized vegetables.
  • 4.   Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Roll out the pie crust. Spread the fresh goat cheese up to 4 cm from the edge.
  • 5.   Place the caramelized honey vegetables on top, then fold the edges of the tart over the vegetables.
  • 6.   Bake for about 30 minutes. Serve warm with a salad.

  • 200 g of fresh goat cheese
  • 4 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
