Cucumber and melon salad with mint

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the cucumbers, remove the seeds, and cut into 1 cm cubes. Do the same with the melons.
  • 2.   Put everything in a salad bowl, lightly season with salt and pepper, add the chopped mint, and mix.
  • 3.   Chill for 1 hour, then serve as an appetizer.
