Asparagus and Comté Cheese Cake

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • 2.   Put the flour in a mixing bowl.
  • 3.   Make a well in the center, crack the eggs into it and beat until the mixture becomes frothy. Add the packet of yeast. Add the milk while whisking the mixture, then add the olive oil.
  • 4.   Season with salt and pepper.
  • 5.   Cut the drained asparagus into small pieces and dice the Comté cheese.
  • 6.   Add everything to the mixture.
  • 7.   Pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake pan.
  • 8.   Bake for about 50 minutes at 425°F.
  • 9.   Enjoy your meal!
