Instructions

  • 1.   Grate the carrots, mix all the filling ingredients.
  • 2.   Brush the brick sheets with butter and fill them.
  • 3.   Fold the brick sheets (in a slipper, cigar, purse, or whatever you like....)
  • 4.   Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C (392°F). Serve hot.
