Strawberry and fromage blanc Charlotte

Instructions

  • 1.   In a mixing bowl, combine the fromage blanc with the sugar and vanilla sugar, and mix well.
  • 2.   Pour some kirsch into a shallow plate and dilute it with a little water.
  • 3.   Take a Charlotte mold and line it with ladyfinger biscuits.
  • 4.   Dip the biscuits in the kirsch mixture (just a quick dip) starting with the bottom and then all around the sides.
  • 5.   Pour a layer of fromage blanc into the mold, followed by a layer of strawberries and a layer of biscuits dipped in the kirsch mixture. Repeat this process once more, ending with a layer of biscuits.
  • 6.   Place a weight on top and refrigerate for about 6 hours.
  • 7.   When ready to serve, unmold the Charlotte and pour some custard sauce over it.
