Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the eggs in 2/3 water and 1/3 white vinegar, brought to a boil for 10 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate overnight.
  • 2.   Peel the eggs and place a teaspoon of mayonnaise on top, season with salt and pepper. Serve.
