Vegetable Stir-Fry with Coconut Oil

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the carrots. Cut them into sticks, as well as the washed bell pepper. Slice the onion. Divide the green beans into thirds.
  • 2.   Put the coconut oil in a large wok-style pan, over high heat. Then add the onion and carrots. Stir.
  • 3.   After 5 minutes of cooking, add the green beans, bell pepper, and peas. Reduce the heat.
  • 4.   Add the soy sauce, and mix regularly. The cooking time is about 10 minutes. The vegetables are cooked when a knife easily goes through them.
