Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the mushrooms.
  • 2.   Heat the oil in a skillet.
  • 3.   Add the turkey cutlets and when they are almost cooked, add the mushrooms.
  • 4.   Towards the end of cooking the cutlets, add the cream, salt, pepper, parsley, and grated cheese. Let it heat for a few minutes.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Serve with pasta or mashed potatoes.
