Tatin quiche

Instructions

  • 1.   Steam the potatoes.
    Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  • 2.   Line the mold with bacon slices.
  • 3.   Spread the grated cheese on top of the bacon slices.
  • 4.   Slice the potatoes and place them on top of the grated cheese, followed by slices of goat cheese.
  • 5.   In a bowl, beat together the cream, eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the ingredients in the mold.
  • 6.   Place the puff pastry on top, like a tarte tatin, and prick it with a fork.
  • 7.   Bake for 30 minutes, depending on the oven.

  • 20 cl of sour cream
  • 8 smoked bacon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 goat cheese
  • 1 puff pastry
  • salt (according to taste)
