Sautéed Chicken with Green Beans | WW 4SP

A touch of Tabasco to spice up this dish and voila, it's done! Serve it with plain rice, guaranteed success.

Instructions

  • 1.   Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet or wok over high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 3 minutes until golden. Set aside.
  • 2.   Heat the skillet again and add the shallots and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes while stirring. Add the green beans, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and Tabasco. Cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring. The beans should be tender and crisp. Add the cooked chicken and simmer for an additional minute. Serve.

  • 2 shallots
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 500 g of green bean
  • 1 teaspoon of fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon of tabasco
  • 20 g of basil
