Instructions

  • 1.   1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (th.6). Peel 8 potatoes and cook them for 10 minutes in a pressure cooker, with a little water, 1 low-fat bouillon cube, and some pepper.
  • 2.   2. Meanwhile, sauté the sliced onion, ground beef, and parsley in a frying pan with cooking spray. Mash the potatoes with a fork, incorporating some of the cooking broth.
  • 3.   3. In the bottom of a baking dish, spread half of the mashed potatoes, then a layer of the ground beef mixture, and finally the remaining mashed potatoes. Top with reduced-fat butter and grated Gruyère cheese. Bake at a low temperature for 15 minutes until golden brown.
