Instructions

  • 1.   Roll out the pizza dough.
  • 2.   Mix the cream and the tomato sauce.
  • 3.   Season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Spread the mixture over the dough.
  • 5.   Scatter the spinach leaves and the mozzarella slices.
  • 6.   Drizzle with a little oil.
  • 7.   Bake for 15 minutes (temperature according to instructions - 200°C, thermostat 6-7).
  • 8.   Add the salmon slices. Season with pepper.
  • 9.   Return to the oven for 2 minutes.
  • 10.   Serve with a small arugula salad.
