Chicken, Olive, and Cheese Buns

Instructions

  • 1.   In a deep bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar, oil, yeast, and milk. Knead for 3 minutes, gradually adding water.
  • 2.   Add the softened butter and knead again for 2-3 minutes. Cover with a cloth and let it rise for 1 hour.
  • 3.   Prepare the filling by sautéing the garlic and onion in a drizzle of olive oil.
  • 4.   Add the diced chicken to the pan with the spices. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
    Finish by adding the cream and cheese. Let it reduce over medium heat until you have a creamy filling.
  • 5.   Flatten a dough ball with your hand and place a small amount of filling in the center.
  • 6.   Fold the ends together and seal them well.
  • 7.   Work the dough balls with the palm of your hands, flip them over, and place them in a dish lined with parchment paper.
  • 8.   Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C. Let them brown.
  • 9.   Enjoy!

  • 500 g of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • ½ glass of oil
  • ½ fresh baker's yeast
  • 1 handful of sesame seed
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 slice of chicken breast (optional)
  • 1 pinch of ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 pinch of fresh parsley
  • 20 cl of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of green olive
  • 1 pinch of grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 300 g of water
  • 80 g of soft butter
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoon of powdered milk
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
