Asparagus Tart

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Unroll the pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 2.   Cut the asparagus lengthwise, in half or into quarters if they are large. Arrange them on the pastry, leaving a border of about 2cm. Mix the mustard, egg, and olive oil and brush it over the asparagus.
  • 3.   Fold the edges of the pastry inward and seal by pressing with a fork.
  • 4.   Season with salt and pepper and bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot with a killer salad.

  • 750 g of green asparagus
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 green salad
  • salt (according to taste)
