Broccoli, St Marcellin and Cherry Tomato Quiche

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the broccoli for 10 minutes in a pressure cooker.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, preheat the puff pastry.
  • 3.   Sauté the broccoli in a little olive oil (you can add smoked bacon bits according to taste).
  • 4.   Mix eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • 5.   Cut the St Marcellin cheese in half and cover the bottom of the quiche with it. Add the broccoli (+/- bacon bits).
  • 6.   Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and scatter them on top (cut side facing up).
  • 7.   Pour the liquid mixture over the quiche, without completely covering the tomatoes.
  • 8.   Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.

  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 puff pastry
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 saint marcellin
  • 3 eggs
