1. Prepare two bowls. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Then add the milk to the yolks.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, vanilla extract or vanilla sugar packet, and baking soda. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
3. Beat the egg whites until they are light and fluffy.
4. Mix the dry ingredients with the egg yolks. Make sure to obtain a thick batter, similar to pancake batter.
5. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
6. Gently fold in the egg whites.
7. Grease a hot pan with butter or oil.
8. It's your turn now, cook for 1 minute on each side and you're done!
