Instructions

  • 1.   Drain the tuna and chickpeas. Mix them with the olives.
  • 2.   Prepare a vinaigrette according to your taste and pour it over the salad. Chill.
  • 3.   When ready to serve, arrange quarters of hard-boiled eggs and sprinkle with fresh basil.
