Chicken with Broccoli and Garlic Sauce | WW 6P

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Season the chicken with thyme, salt, and pepper, then add it to the saucepan. Cook for 3 minutes until the mixture is golden.
  • 2.   Add the broccoli, cover, and cook for 2 minutes. Add 25 cl of broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes. The chicken should be cooked.
  • 3.   Dissolve the cornstarch in the remaining broth. Pour it into the saucepan. Simmer for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Serve with rice.
