Instructions

  • 1.   -Boil the potatoes cut into thin fries for 5 minutes.
    -Sprinkle the fries with 1/2 tbsp of cornstarch and a pinch of paprika.
    -Bake at 180°C for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring often.
  • 2.   -Sauté the minced shallot and chopped mushrooms in a pan.
    -Add the broth, cornstarch, soy cream, soy sauce, oregano, and yeast.
    -Stir and let it cook.
  • 3.   -Arrange the fries, ricotta, and sauce on a plate.

  • 25 cl of vegetable broth
  • 1 handful of button mushroom
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
  • 1.5 tablespoon of Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon of soy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 pinch of smoked paprika
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of ricotta
