3. Slice the onion and peel and dice the carrots.
In a sauté pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Sauté the meatballs for 2 minutes, then set them aside on a plate.
4. Bring the water for cooking the macaroni to a boil.
5. In the same sauté pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Sauté the carrots and onion for 3 to 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the tomato pulp and 2 to 3 leaves of oregano per person. Continue cooking covered for 5 to 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
2 minutes before the end of cooking, add the meatballs gently.
Meanwhile, cook the macaroni.
