Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the cauliflower in salted boiling water for 10 minutes.
    Add nutmeg and salt for seasoning.
  • 2.   In a gratin dish, create a layer of cauliflower, pour the sauce on top, and finally add the camembert.
  • 3.   Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
