Ginger Chicken

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the chicken. Cut the garlic into thin slices and the ginger into fine julienne. Wash the snow peas.
  • 2.   Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Add the garlic, ginger, and chicken.
  • 3.   Pour in the soy sauce, mix, and add the snow peas. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
