Ham appetizer wraps

Do you have some wheat tortillas lying around in your fridge? Probably leftovers from a Mexican dinner ;-) Instead of throwing them away, we have a waste-free recipe to suggest: appetizer wraps! This recipe is super easy, requires no cooking, and is 100% using up leftovers! Spread some cream cheese on them, add some ham, a little arugula, and voila! Just cut them up and arrange them on a platter for appetizers :-)

Instructions

  • 1.   Spread 2 tablespoons of cream cheese on each tortilla.
  • 2.   Place 2 slices of ham on each tortilla.
  • 3.   Roll them up tightly.
  • 4.   Cut your wraps from the rolled tortillas. And there you have it!
