MELON WITH PORT WINE

Instructions

  • 1.   Place the melons in the refrigerator the day before so that they are nice and cold.
  • 2.   Cut off the stems and a small part of the opposite side. Cut the melons in half and remove the seeds.
  • 3.   Arrange on each plate or in a dish on a bed of salad.
  • 4.   Pour 100 ml of Port wine into each half melon.
  • 5.   Serve with the ham.
