Chicken Stir-Fry with Cashews

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken into cubes.
    In a skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Cook the chicken cubes for 4 or 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
    In the same skillet, cook the vegetables with the ginger and garlic for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Return the chicken pieces to the skillet. Add the cashews.
    Cook some rice.

  • 375 ml of asian vegetable wok
  • 3 tablespoon of cashew nut
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic
