Instructions

  • 1.   Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and lemon juice. When they start to become frothy, add the granulated sugar and continue beating. Then add the powdered sugar and beat at a higher speed until they are stiff.
    Drain the yogurt and mix it with the fruit puree (strawberries or other red fruits) until the mixture is as smooth as possible.
    Gently fold in the beaten egg whites.
    Put everything in the freezer for about 3 to 4 hours, stirring every 45 minutes or so to keep the ice cream creamy and prevent it from forming crystals, or place the mixture in an ice cream maker.

  • 500 g of yogurt
  • 200 g of strawberry
  • salt (according to taste)
