Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Grease the cake pan.
    Prepare a caramel or add liquid caramel to the bottom of the dish. Whisk the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract, vanilla sugar, and melted butter while continuing to whisk.
    Cut the peaches in half, remove the skin, and place them on top of the caramel. Pour the batter over them.
    Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and unmold.
