Trout fillet with almonds (oven)

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F).
  • 2.   Reduce the heat. Add the cream and let it heat for a few moments.
  • 3.   Heat the olive oil in a pan, sauté the garlic. Add the sliced almonds and let them brown.
  • 4.   Place the trout fillets in an oven-safe dish. Pour the cream and almond mixture over the trout.
  • 5.   Cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

  • 20 cl of liquid fresh cream
  • salt (according to taste)
