Zucchini Cream

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the zucchini into cubes. Cook it with a little water for 5 minutes in the microwave at 850 w. Stir halfway through cooking. Drain the zucchini in a colander.
  • 2.   In a blender, put the zucchini, Parmesan cheese, yogurt, oil, almond powder, and basil. Blend.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Ideal to accompany pasta, a mixed salad, or tomatoes with mozzarella.

  • 3 tablespoon of grated parmesan
  • 3 tablespoon of greek sheep yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 30 g of almond powder
  • 1 teaspoon of basil
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
