Shrimp with Pastis

Instructions

  • 1.   In a skillet, or ideally in a wok, sauté the shrimp over high heat for 4 minutes until they change color, season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Add 2 tablespoons of pastis and flambé. Stir in the heavy cream and reduce for 3 to 4 minutes until the sauce coats the back of a spoon.
  • 3.   Before turning off the heat, adjust the seasoning, add the tarragon. It's ready!

  • 500 g of prawn
  • 1 bunch of fresh tarragon
  • 20 cl of heavy cream
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
