Instructions

  • 1.   Mix peanut butter, condensed milk, and vanilla powder. Add chopped dates, whole pecans, and chocolate chips. Mix well.
  • 2.   Press the mixture into a lined baking dish. Sprinkle with coconut and refrigerate for 12 hours.
  • 3.   Cut the raw cake into small bars and store in the refrigerator.
