White beans with tomato | 1 serving

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and chop the shallot. Plunge the tomatoes into boiling water, then peel, deseed, and cut them into pieces. Drain and rinse the white beans.
  • 2.   Heat the oil in a sauté pan, add the shallot and cook for 1 minute. Deglaze with white wine, add the tomato pieces and mix. Lightly salt and pepper, then sprinkle with thyme and add the bay leaf. Cover and cook for 15 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  • 3.   Pour the beans into the tomato sauce, heat for 2 minutes while gently stirring. Adjust the seasoning and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve hot.

  • 700 g of tomato
  • 400 g of dried white bean
  • 2 teaspoon of sunflower oil
  • 50 ml of white wine
  • ½ teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 leaf of bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon of parsley
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
