Instructions

  • 1.   1. Sauté the minced onion in a sauté pan with 1 tsp of oil. Add the pumpkin and carrot. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • 2.   2. Pour in the broth and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then blend. Serve sprinkled with freshly ground pepper.
