Basic Quesadillas (Bacon)

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (Th 6).
  • 2.   Mix the grated or diced cheeses, diced tomato, onions, jalapenos, and spices, and optionally the bacon.
  • 3.   Butter one side of each tortilla. Fill half of the unbuttered side with the mixture, spread evenly. Fold the other half.
  • 4.   Place on a baking sheet. Bake. After 5 minutes, flip the tortillas and bake for another 5 minutes.
  • 5.   Remove from the oven and cut into pieces.
