Basmati Rice Bowl with Filet Mignon & Shitake Mushrooms

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  • 2.   Chop the garlic clove, slice the onion, and finely chop the coriander. Cut the meat and mushrooms into thin slices.
  • 3.   Heat the oil over high heat in a wok or large skillet, then sauté the meat and mushrooms for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and sweet soy sauce, cover, and continue cooking for 3 minutes over low heat.
  • 4.   Divide the rice into bowls, then add the pork and mushrooms. Sprinkle with onions, coriander, sesame seeds, and chili.

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can replace the shitake mushrooms with button mushrooms.

  • 150 g of basmati rice
  • 2 tablespoon of sunflower oil
  • 2 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seed
  • 1 Cayenne pepper
