Fish with chorizo and red pepper sauce

Instructions

  • 1.   Remove the seeds and cut the red pepper into small pieces. Cut the chorizo into small cubes.
  • 2.   Sauté the minced onion in olive oil, then add the chorizo and red peppers. Add the white wine and simmer for 15 minutes. Pour in the cream and blend everything together. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  • 3.   Meanwhile, cook the fish in a pan or in the oven. Serve the fish topped with the chorizo/red pepper sauce.

  • 10 cl of sour cream
  • 5 cl of chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 cl of olive oil
