Quick Chocolate Vanilla Tart

Instructions

  • 1.   Place the dough in a tart pan. Cover it with parchment paper and sprinkle it with dried beans (or other weights) to give it some weight.
  • 2.   Bake for 10 minutes at 170°C, then remove the paper and let it cook for an additional 5 minutes. Let it cool.
  • 3.   Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a double boiler. Once melted, add the mascarpone and vanilla extract. Heat for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
  • 4.   Pour everything onto the cooled tart crust and let it cool so that the chocolate hardens.

  • 2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
  • 250 g of mascarpone
