Chicken bacon rolls (English recipe)

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken into very thin slices. Spread Boursin cheese (or a homemade cheese and pepper mixture) on top, then roll it all up in a slice of bacon.
  • 2.   Once all the chicken is rolled up, place it in an oiled baking dish (350°F).
  • 3.   Flip the rolls regularly, and halfway through cooking, add mushrooms to the dish.
  • 4.   Once everything is cooked to a light brown, serve hot with mashed potatoes and a salad.
