Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the panini bread in half.
  • 2.   Fill with mortadella (to taste).
  • 3.   Then add thin slices of pear and a slice of brie.
  • 4.   Close the sandwich.
  • 5.   Press in a panini press until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
  • 6.   It is also possible to grill it in a pan or on the BBQ, but don't forget to press it well so that the flavors blend together.
