1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
2. Place the butter, cut into large cubes, in the bowl of your Companion, then melt it using the kneading blade / speed 3 / 40°C / 5 min to obtain softened butter.
3. Add the sugar and beat at speed 5 for 1 minute.
4. Add the salt, egg, and honey, then beat with the kneading blade / speed 6 / 0°C / 15 sec.
5. Pour in the flour and baking powder, and beat again with the kneading blade / speed 8 / 0°C / 2 min.
6. Add half of the chocolate chips, then mix with the kneading blade / speed 8 / 0°C / 1 min.
7. Add the other half of the chocolate chips and mix at speed 5 for 1 minute.
8. Remove the cookie dough from the bowl, then shape into balls and flatten them by hand. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or dusted with flour.
9. Bake for 9 minutes, then let cool with the oven turned off and slightly ajar.
