Blinis and dill cream

Instructions

  • 1.   Dissolve the yeast in the milk and mix everything together, then let it rest in a warm place for 2 hours or 4 hours in the fridge.
  • 2.   Cook the blinis in a pan with a little vegetable oil over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of the mixture for each blini and flip it over as soon as bubbles appear on the top surface.
  • 3.   For the cream: finely chop the dill and mix everything together (add lemon juice if the mixture is not thick enough).

Notes & Suggestions

  • 3 blinis per person, approximately 10 cm in diameter.

  • 2 tablespoon of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh dill
