Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the salt and flour well.
    Thoroughly wash the fish.
  • 2.   Pour vegetable oil into a large frying pan and heat over high heat.
    Pour the flour/salt mixture onto a plate. Roll the small fish in the flour and place them on a rack to remove the excess.
  • 3.   When the oil is hot, immerse the fish in it. Cook them for 2 to 3 minutes until they are golden brown. Drain them and place them on paper towels.
  • 4.   Slice the lemons. Serve the fried fish hot with the lemon slices.
