Banana Pancakes

Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, cut the banana.
  • 2.   Mash them into a puree.
  • 3.   Add the eggs.
  • 4.   Mix until it resembles an omelette.
  • 5.   Heat a frying pan.
  • 6.   Pour the mixture into the pan in small quantities or all at once.
  • 7.   Let it brown.
  • 8.   Flip and let it brown.
  • 9.   Remove the pancake and repeat the process (if making small quantities at a time).
  • 10.   Add honey or peanut butter (or other toppings) on the pancakes.
  • 11.   Add your choice of fruits.
  • 12.   Enjoy your breakfast!

  • 3 tablespoon of peanut butter (optional)
