Chicken and Oyster Mushrooms

Instructions

  • 1.   Chop the ginger and garlic. Cut the lemongrass into diagonal pieces and halve the snow peas. Slice the chicken. Clean the vegetables and cut the oyster mushrooms if they are large.
  • 2.   Pour 1.5L of water into a pot. Cook the garlic, ginger, and lemongrass for 5 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the chicken and oyster mushrooms and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  • 4.   Add the snow peas and cook for 1 minute. Season to taste.

  • 250 g of oyster mushroom
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 30 g of fresh ginger
  • 150 g of snow pea
