Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare the pudding with the powdered pudding mix, milk, and sugar as directed on the package.
  • 2.   Crumble the speculoos cookies and divide them among 4 parfait glasses.
  • 3.   Slice the bananas and drizzle them with the juice of half a lemon.
  • 4.   Arrange the banana slices on top of the speculoos crumbs. Pour the pudding over them and let it cool and set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • 5.   Roughly chop the peanuts.
  • 6.   Decorate the parfaits with whipped cream and peanuts.
