Ardèche Chestnut Cake

Instructions

  • 1.   Put the eggs in a bowl with the sugar and a pinch of salt.
    Mix everything together. Then add the flour and baking powder. Next, add the softened butter, chestnut cream, and rum.
    Put in a cake pan, previously floured, in the oven at 150°C (300°F) for 40 minutes.

    Airfryer at 150°C (300°F) for 25 minutes.

  • 100 g of flour
  • 100 g of soft butter
  • 200 g of chestnut cream
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon of rum
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoon of candied chestnut (optional)
