1. Rinse the chosen fruits under fresh water. (For large fruits, cut into cubes)
2. Beat the mascarpone, yogurt, and egg yolk with a fork until smooth.
(For those with a sweet tooth, add sugar according to your taste)
3. Pour the milk into a shallow dish. Quickly dip a biscuit into the milk and place it in a glass for individual servings.
Repeat the process for all the biscuits.
4. Alternate layers of the cream with fruits. Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy.
Notes & Suggestions
Decorate with chocolate shavings.
Depending on the season, use frozen raspberries, strawberries, cherries... or opt for a "yellow" version (mango, apricots, peaches, etc...)
